SHIPPING

Within Australia, shipping generally takes between 3 and 10 business days. We offer our Australian Customers a flat rate of AUD $10 Australia wide.

We use Australia Post as a reputable national and international shipping agency and all items will be fully traceable once shipped. Australia Post does not ship to post boxes, so we require a residential street address where someone will be available to sign for your package.

Please note Australian Customs places a 10% duty on all shipments valued over $AUD 1,000. While we will seek to inform all customers about relevant import restrictions that we are aware of, understanding such restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver.

International Shipping

International Shipping is calculated on a per order basis. We do not offer calculated international shipping at this stage. Please contact us if you have any enquiries ingridszoeke@gmail.com

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with the items that you order and will honour exchanges with credit notes to be used within 6 months. Requests for returning or exchanging an item must be received within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Please send requests via email to ingridszoeke@gmail.com

Ingrid Szoeke will then issue you with an RA# (return authority number). Shipping fees for returning an item will be charged to the purchaser unless the garment is incorrect or faulty.

Items must be returned with the original sale tags attached and without being worn. Please note returns will only be accepted with a RA# number written on the outside of the package. If packages do not have a RA# they will be returned to sender.

Please note Ingrid Szoeke has a no refund or exchange policy on SALE ITEMS or PRE-ORDER items.

Ingrid Szoeke does not offer refunds.

Shipping Costs of Returned Items

Ingrid Szoeke takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or faulty items only. All other shipping costs associated with return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
